Responsible Media

We are obsessed with responsible growth and have a proven track record of partnering with our clients to deliver short-and long-term business success. Our relentless focus on growth powers how we show up for our clients, our people and the communities we serve. We are founding members of the Unstereotype Alliance, working with brands and partner agencies to eradicate harmful stereotypes in all media and advertising. In 2021, we launched Futureproof Academy, a school outreach programme that aims at making our industry more accessible to people from all background. We’re also very proud of UK by UM, our thought leadership and research programme that has been leading the industry to shine a light on societal issues. UK by UM helps our clients understand what is happening in the nation and how to best create meaningful connections with every audience and community. In order to accelerate positive impact, we have worked with organisations including UN Women UK, Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and Creative Equals, who have been instrumental to the work we created through UK by UM.
